Cub Summer Camp

Pack 46 will be going to summer camp at Phillippo Scout Reservation (outside of Cannon Falls) this year.

The dates are June 17 – 19, 2022. We arrive at camp after 6 on Friday night. Setup our tents and have a tour followed by a campfire program. Saturday is a full day of scouting activities and programming, and ends with another campfire. Sunday is more of the same, and we depart about 1pm for home. A packed weekend, with lots of fun experiences!

Cub Scout Summer camp is a great time for everyone! Here are the basics:

  1. Open to current Lions, Tigers, Bears and Wolves. Webelos will have a separate camp that is being organized by the Den Leader.
  2. Also open to siblings that are going into 1st -4th grades.
  3. Parents/guardians attend with their scouts.
  4. Tents ARE provided if you do not have your own. Our Pack will be camping at the same sub-camp.

Costs: $150 for youth, and $90 for adults. All meals and activities are included and run by the BSA. You simply need to bring clothes and a sleeping bag!

Things that happen at camp:

  • Archery and BB guns
  • Swimming and boating
  • Climbing tower
  • Outdoor skills
  • STEM activities

In order to secure your family’s spot at camp, a deposit of $25 per person is required at the time of signup. Due to processing fees, you will be charged $26.16 per camper (Pack 46 has to give the BSA the full $25 per person). Final payment is due May 1 and you will pay that directly to the BSA via a link that Corey will provide to you.
